During WWII, vehicle sales came to a halt. To make a living, Luck Motor Company's employees sold referigerators. We also were an Esso (Exxon) dealer until the 1960's. Ferrell Luck sold the dealership to his brother-in-law, Joe Stiles around 1967. In 1968, Ferrell's son, Jack Luck, came to work at the dealership. In 1972, Joe moved the dealership south on Route 1 to the corner of Ashcake Road.
Shortly after the move, Joe's son, Eddie Stiles, was employed at Luck Chevrolet. In 1990, Jack Luck's son (and Joe Stiles' great nephew), Ross Luck, joined the ranks. Today, Joe, Jack, Eddie, and Ross are working together as the management team at Luck Chevrolet.
